Take me there: Schooling 100 years ago

The combination of an authentic 1910 school house, hands on learning, and small group problem solving will give your students insight into early 20th century schooling.

Depending on your learning intentions programmes may include:

  • Ink nib writing

  • Period costume dress-ups

  • Slate writing

  • Playground games

  • Warm, lumpy school milk

  • Giant archival photo jigsaw puzzles

  • Ispy iPad challenges

The School Days programme is hosted at Mystery Creek, and is intergrated into a days worth of heritage activies. At Mystery Creek we can  accommodate up to 150 students and there is a minimum charge of 20 students per session..

Contact one of our educators for more information, or to book your session.
