Te Awamutu Museum provides a variety of educational experiences at a variety of locations across the Waipa District. Our educational offering caters for school aged students, and is funded by the Ministry of Education and the Waipa District Council.

Forest entomology for early learners
Our programme aims to inspire students to become future scientists, environmentalists, or entomologists. We’ll also encourage them to respect and care and understand about the animals and creatures (wetland) that play a vital role in our environment and ecosystem.
